EDiM 18, the view from a window

So, for Every Day in May challenge # 18, draw the view from a window, I just had to do the view from my office. It is so terrible, more or less just a black box and a small part of the subway station. It´s almost funny.... The horrible curtain also doesn´t help, unfortunately I haven´t been able to do it justice here, it is much, much uglier..... What do you say? Anyone want to trade? 1. It may be the worst view for you, but to some, it's something they can only dream about =)
Regardless of that, it's a piece of beautiful sketch and a wonderful page on your journal.

  9. Boring view or not, at least you have some green to look at (in the corner = ) Right now I take that view, rather than my studio view (Im in the lower level and my view is of the deck and feet (if anyone is standing there) and not too much good natural light at the moment (my man moved the BBQ and its blocking all the light, men for you LOL).

Really great painting, view or not...

  11. No, your sketch doesn't portray the ugliness. It's a great sketch/painting. And it looks charming!

  12. Ok, so I obviously didn´t manage to do it justice - I promise, people who step into my office usually comment on the interesting view into a black wall... :D

  13. I guess a brick wall would be worse. Lovely sketch though!
